Westlake Village, located approximately 45 minutes from LAX, is north and west of Los Angeles toward Ventura and Santa Barbara.

From the 101 Freeway take the Westlake Boulevard exit and turn north. Turn left at the first stop light past Thousand Oaks Boulevard into the North Ranch Mall. On your left you will see Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. We are above the bank. The entrance is on the Westlake Boulevard side of the building.

New patient consultations are a courtesy. We ask that you arrive on time with your health history form completed and set aside an hour and a half so that we may have time for a thorough examination and explanation of any proposed treatment.

A definite treatment fee will be quoted before treatment is begun. Payment options including a financing option over a period of up to 5 years, a no interest option, and a discount option for payment in full will be presented.
