Long Distance Consultations Are Available

Over the years, many patients and professionals not living close to Dr. Hang have wanted to get an idea of how their situation could benefit from Face Focused Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics®. It is now possible to receive a preliminary opinion over the telephone. If you would like to speak to Dr. Hang about your situation (or if you are a dentist who would like Dr. Hang's opinion on a patient's situation), please send the following information:

• Current panoramic x-ray
• Current cephalometric (lateral head) x-ray
• Current gallery of 8 pictures (profile, frontal non-smiling, frontal smiling, frontal left & right side pictures of teeth, upper and lower occlusal pictures of the teeth)
• A written description of your chief concern/reason for seeking a consultation
• A completed health history form
• Your phone number and preferred days and times for Dr. Hang to call

If available, please also provide:

• Any previous x-rays and or pictures that would help document changes that have occurred over time
• Any additional details of your medical/dental history that may help Dr. Hang better understand your case
• Tomograms (x-rays of the temporomandibular joint or TMJ) if pertinent

There is a fee of $300 for this service. Please make your check payable to William M. Hang, DDS, MSD. If you would prefer to pay by credit card, we accept AMEX, Visa and Mastercard. Please send or call us with your credit card information including the name on the card, credit card number, expiration date, credit card billing address (including zip code) and security code.

After we receive your information and payment Dr. Hang will review your case and call you to discuss his recommendations. Consultation calls are limited to approximately 30 minutes. Pictures and x-rays will not be returned.
